Definitions, before they become surprises

What counts, and what happens at the edges

What is a run? One execution of a workflow from navigation to completion, regardless of how many steps it contains or how long it takes.
Do failed runs count? No. A run that fails before completing is not billed. We would rather you ran generous timeouts.
What happens at the limit? Runs queue rather than fail, concurrency is capped per deployment, never per tenant. Plan volumes are billing entitlements: passing one is an overage on the invoice, not a stopped workflow.
Is a re‑capture extra? No. Sessions expire. That is the site’s choice, not an upsell opportunity.
Can I leave? Month to month. Cancel any time; export your run history and audit log on the way out.

What the pilot actually includes

Thirty days, and you should expect to spend about two hours of your own time in it. The shape:

  1. Pick the workflow. Choose the one that costs the most hours per month and is the most repetitive. Resist the temptation to start with the hardest one.
  2. Capture session. Fifteen minutes, once, with us watching. You do the login; nothing is shared with us.
  3. We build the run. We write and test the step list against the live portal, including the failure paths.
  4. It runs on a schedule. You review results in the console. We fix what breaks.
  5. Decision. Extend to Scale, stay on Pilot, or walk away with the run history.

The honest failure mode is a portal that expires sessions faster than a human is willing to re‑capture them. We will tell you in week one if that is your situation.
