Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PreLogin. Please read them before you start automating a site — the parts about third-party terms and liability matter most.

Last updated: September 2, 2026 Service provider: DataDab LLP

1. What PreLogin is

PreLogin (“the Service”) is a session vault and browser‑automation service. You sign in to a third-party website once — SSO, MFA, or CAPTCHA included — and the Service stores an encrypted copy of that session (cookies, including HttpOnly, plus per-origin localStorage). The Service then runs automated tasks against that site on your behalf.

The Service does not store your passwords. It stores a revocable, expiring session token. Sessions expire and must be re-captured; there is no password fallback.

2. Accounts and tenants

  • An “Account” is your contract with us. A “Tenant” is an isolated workspace with its own API key and its own encrypted sessions.
  • API keys are shown once at creation and cannot be recovered. Keep them safe.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your Account, including activity by anyone you give your API key to.

3. Your responsibilities — automation and third-party terms

  • You must ensure your use of the Service on any third-party website complies with that website’s terms of service and applicable law. Automating a site may breach its terms and may be detected.
  • You are solely responsible for the consequences of automated actions taken through the Service, including account suspension, claims, or fees from third-party sites.
  • Do not use the Service for anything unlawful (see Section 7).

4. Data and security

  • Sessions are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) under keys derived from a master key you or we control. We cannot recover your data if the master key is lost.
  • The Service does not protect against a compromised host: the server decrypts sessions in memory to replay them. In the cloud deployment, the master key lives in Google Secret Manager, separate from the encrypted data.
  • No system is infallible. You accept the residual risks described on our Security page and in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees, billing and plans

  • Pricing is set out on the Pricing page. Billing is monthly, month-to-month.
  • Plan volumes (runs, sessions, workflows) are billing entitlements; exceeding them is an overage on the invoice, not a stopped workflow.
  • Fees are invoiced and payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.

6. Term and termination

  • Month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or present a security risk.
  • On termination, your encrypted sessions are deleted within 30 days. Contact us beforehand to arrange export of your run history.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law or third-party right;
  • automate activity that breaches a third-party site’s terms;
  • attack, scrape without authorization, or disrupt any system;
  • store or process data you are not authorized to handle.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataDab LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party sites against your accounts. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
